Shepco’s Fabrication Shop is looking for an experienced Fabrication Engineer to lead the design and build of conveyor structures, cocopans and custom steelwork for mining and industrial clients across Zimbabwe.
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Oversee fabrication of rollers, idler frames and rail infrastructure
Ensure work meets SABS and CEMA standards
Mentor junior fabricators on the shop floor
Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
At least 5 years’ fabrication experience in a heavy industry environment
Hands-on knowledge of welding and steel structure standards
